Established in 1981, Tandoori Den is a suburban restaurant with a touch of class. If you are looking for a perfect passage through India then Tandoori Den is the place to go. Your hosts and culinary guides, Prakash Mirchandani and Gaurav Khanna, will present you with Indian food that is of exceptional quality at an affordable price.

The Tandoori Den is located near Camberwell Junction and seats up to 80 people, with room for an additional 45 people in the private function room. Tandoori Den Camberwell is well equipped to cater for intimate dinners for your next private, social or corporate event.

Our cooking spans India with dishes such as Beef Kashmiri honouring its northern heritage with

crushed cashews and tropical fruits while the Coconut Crab hails from the south with ginger, chilli, coriander and onions. All the curries at Tandoori Den are boneless, made to order and cooked with fresh spices and vegetable oil.

Marinades are another speciality and used to brilliant effect with the Fish Curry. For this moist and subtle dish, our chefs marinate rockling fillets for 24 hours and then seal fillets in the wood-fired tandoor oven. All the food is generous in proportion and is of outstanding quality.
